The ripened fruits are sorted, cleaned, and then processed to the form of Sulphited Pineapple Pulp. The natural flavour and aroma of pineapple fruit is maintained when manufacturing and processing pineapple pulp. The Sulphited Pineapple Pulp can be formulated in jams, jellies etc.
